Olimpic Preparation Path Privacy Policy

Olimpic Preparation Path is an offline planning journal. The app does not collect personal data or initiate transmission of app data.

Effective date: 2026-09-30

No collectionNo app-initiated transmission.
No trackingNo analytics, ads, or identifiers.
Local controlEdit or reset data on device.

1. Scope

This policy describes the current iOS version of Olimpic Preparation Path. The app is an independent tool for adults to organize and record their own sports preparation. It does not operate an account or online service.

2. Data collection and transmission

None. Olimpic Preparation Path does not collect data as defined for App Store privacy disclosure, transmit app data to a developer or third party, link data to an identity, or use data for tracking.

The app has no network service, cloud sync, analytics, advertising, payment processing, or third-party SDK. It does not sell or share data.

3. Information stored locally

You may choose to enter an athlete name, sport, event name and date, personal goal, preparation stages, planned sessions, session results, recovery check-ins, and notes. Recovery check-ins can include sleep duration, energy, and soreness values that you enter yourself.

These entries are stored in a versioned file inside the app's Application Support container on your device. The file is written atomically to reduce the risk of a partial save. Olimpic Preparation Path does not send this file or its contents anywhere.

4. Accounts, permissions, and external services

  • No account or sign-in is required.
  • No subscription, in-app purchase, or payment data is used.
  • No HealthKit, location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, Bluetooth, motion, or notification permission is requested.
  • No automated health measurement, medical assessment, or personalized training prescription is provided.

5. Device backups and retention

Because the data is stored in Application Support, device or operating-system backups may include it depending on your iOS and backup settings. Those backups are controlled by Apple and by the settings of your device, not by Olimpic Preparation Path. The app itself does not upload data to a cloud service.

Local data remains until you edit or delete individual records, use the in-app reset, or remove the app. A device or operating-system backup may retain an earlier copy according to the backup provider's retention rules.

6. Deletion, reset, and unreadable files

You can edit or delete session results in the app. The Profile screen also offers Reset personal data behind a destructive confirmation. Reset clears the active personal profile, event goal, sessions, results, recovery entries, stages, XP, and achievement state, then returns the app to setup.

If the app cannot decode its local data file, it leaves the original file in place and displays a storage notice. If you later choose reset, the app first attempts to copy that unreadable file to a uniquely named local backup in the same Application Support area before replacing the active data. Neither the unreadable file nor its backup is transmitted by the app.

7. Demo workspace

Demo mode uses a built-in sample dataset that is kept separate from personal records. Changes made while demo mode is active are temporary and are discarded when you leave it. The personal dataset present before entering demo mode is then restored.

8. Children's privacy

Olimpic Preparation Path is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other user.

9. Policy changes

If the app's data practices change, this policy will be updated with a new effective date before those practices are represented here. App Store privacy disclosures must remain consistent with the released build.

10. Contact Olimpic Preparation Path about privacy
