Quick checks

Troubleshooting

Check the workspace

A Sample Journey notice or demo banner means demo mode is active. Open Profile and switch off Use demo data to return to your unchanged personal records.

Review local storage

If a storage notice appears, keep the app installed, confirm the device has free space, and reopen the app. Dismiss the notice only after reading it.

Reset only if needed

Profile includes Reset personal data. This clears the local profile, plans, results, recovery entries, and achievements after confirmation.

Common questions

Olimpic Preparation Path FAQ

Which sports can I plan for?

The app supports running, swimming, cycling, rowing, gymnastics, and weightlifting. Each result stays associated with its sport so compatible metrics can be viewed together.

Does the app create a prescribed training program?

No. You create and edit your own event goal, stages, sessions, phases, and rest days. The app is a planning and recording journal, not medical advice or an individualized training prescription.

Do I need an account or subscription?

No. There is no account, subscription, payment, advertising, analytics, or cloud service. The app works offline.

Where is my data stored?

Your entries are stored in the app's local Application Support container on the device. The app does not transmit them. Device or operating-system backups may include local app data according to your backup settings.

What happens in demo mode?

Demo mode loads a clearly labeled sample dataset in a separate workspace. Demo edits are temporary. Leaving demo mode restores the personal dataset that was active before entry.
